TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 findurtix.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a trading name of PL Travel Group LTD, company number 16708922, incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at Office 1, Izabella House, 24–26 Regent Place, City Centre, Birmingham, B1 3NJ.
1.2 We operate an online marketplace offering the purchase of Primary Tickets, Resale Tickets, and related products and services for various events. Primary Tickets are tickets allocated directly to us by event organisers or their authorised partners (“Event Partners”). Resale Tickets refer to tickets that have been purchased either from us or event organisers and are being resold by the original buyer through our verified Ticket Exchange platform.
1.3 This Purchase Policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all purchases made through findurtix.com. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you purchase Accessible Tickets, please refer to the relevant additional terms.
1.4 We act solely as an intermediary or broker and are not responsible for the organisation, delivery, or fulfilment of the events themselves.
1.5 Ticket allocations and availability are subject to the instructions of Event Partners and may vary from event to event.
1.6 We may offer several ticket types and related items, including but not limited to:
1.7 Except as otherwise stated in this Purchase Policy, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, you may use our Ticket Exchange to resell your tickets, subject to availability and verification.
1.8 Nothing in this Purchase Policy affects your statutory consumer rights. For further guidance, please contact Citizens Advice.
2.1 General Refunds
Where a refund is agreed in writing between findurtix.com and the purchaser, payment will be made within 28 days of written agreement. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase unless otherwise stated.
2.2 No Refunds on Secondary Market Purchases
All purchases of Resale Tickets (secondary market tickets) are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the upfront payment made to the original supplier, who enforces a no-cancellation agreement under their group terms and conditions.
2.3 Goodwill Refunds
On occasion, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund as a goodwill gesture if circumstances reasonably allow. Such refunds are exceptional and do not constitute a change to our standard refund policy.
2.4 Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, your eligibility for a refund or alternative arrangements will depend on the policies of the Event Partner. We will communicate any options available to you promptly.
3.1 findurtix.com operates a verified Ticket Exchange that enables customers to securely resell Primary Tickets purchased through our platform.
3.2 The availability of Resale Tickets on the Ticket Exchange does not necessarily indicate that an event is sold out.
3.3 All Resale Tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange are verified to ensure authenticity.
3.4 Please note that Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded once purchased.
3.5 Secondary Resale Tickets from Unofficial Suppliers:-
findurtix.com takes no responsibility or liability for any tickets purchased, exchanged, or obtained through unofficial or unauthorised secondary resale channels. We are not responsible for loss, non-delivery, cancellation, or invalidation of such tickets. We act solely as a broker to facilitate transactions between the original seller and the purchaser and do not own or control the tickets being resold. Buyers assume full responsibility when dealing in secondary market tickets.
4.1 To create a findurtix.com account, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
(b) Provide accurate and up-to-date personal details, including full name, address, telephone number, and email.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4.3 If acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Invoices are due for payment at the time of booking through one of our accepted payment methods. If finance options are offered, these are arranged under the supplier’s separate terms and conditions, and findurtix.com accepts no liability for such arrangements. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, regardless of personal circumstances.
If a match changes from Saturday to Sunday (or vice versa), refunds are not available.
If a match moves to a midweek date (e.g., due to TV or cup schedules), the following options apply:
Flights are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Match Postponement
If a match is postponed due to factors beyond the club’s control (e.g., weather, strikes), your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Alternative match options may be offered.
Hotel Accommodation
We reserve the right to substitute hotel accommodation with an equivalent standard property. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Group Bookings (10+)
findurtix.com may cancel multiple related orders deemed to constitute a group booking. For group bookings, contact sales@findurtix.com in advance.
All bookings are non-refundable.
If a match is moved between days (e.g., Sunday to Friday or Monday), no refund will be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check official match schedules.
If a match is cancelled or played behind closed doors, a full refund for the ticket portion will be provided.
COVID-19 Clause: In the event of cancellations, entry restrictions, or behind-closed-doors matches, a full refund will be issued for affected tickets.
findurtix.com may work with third-party reselling agents where appropriate. Agents must not disclose findurtix.com’s identity to end customers. Commissions typically range from 25%–30%, depending on the event. We are not responsible for the loss or non-delivery of tickets, accommodation, or services provided by suppliers.
Any behaviour that damages the reputation of findurtix.com, PL Travel Group LTD, or affiliates will result in immediate termination of services without refund. This includes acts of fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or non-compliance with company policy. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and damages where applicable.
