Purchase Policy

Introduction

1.1 findurtix.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered offices located at Office 1, Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, City Centre, Birmingham, B1 3NJ


1.2 We operate an online marketplace where you can purchase Primary Tickets, Resale Tickets, and other related products and services in connection with events. The term “Ticket(s)” refers to Primary Event Tickets (i.e., tickets allocated to us directly by Event Partners, as defined below, for sale by us). The term “Resale Ticket(s)” refers to tickets that have been purchased either from us or from event organisers and are being resold by the original buyer. We facilitate the resale of such tickets through our fan-to-fan ticket exchange service, the “Ticket Exchange.”

1.3 This Purchase Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to purchases made from us. If you are purchasing Accessible Tickets, please refer to the specific section for Accessible Tickets, as additional terms may apply. This Purchase Policy also incorporates our website terms if you make a purchase online.

1.4 We sell Tickets and associated products and services on behalf of event organisers, promoters, venues, producers, artists/performers, agents, teams, record labels, and other entities involved in event organisation (“Event Partner(s)”). Please note, we are not responsible for the organisation or delivery of the events themselves.

1.5 We sell Tickets based on allocations received from Event Partners, and in compliance with their instructions. The number and types of Tickets available for sale may vary on an event-by-event basis.

1.6 For some events, we may offer different types of Tickets, items, and packages, including:

  • Platinum Tickets: These high-demand tickets are sold at market-driven prices, which may exceed the face value of the Ticket. Platinum Tickets are sold on a ticket-only basis and do not include additional products or services.
  • Upsells: These are products or services sold separately from Tickets, such as car parking, merchandise, or upgrades.
  • Collector Tickets: A special type of Upsell where, for an additional fee, Tickets are printed and dispatched as commemorative items.
  • Packages: Bundled offerings including a Ticket and additional products or services, such as exclusive seating, accommodation, transport, dining, or merchandise.

1.7 Please note, Items cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, in accordance with this Purchase Policy. If you no longer wish to retain your Tickets and are not eligible for an exchange or refund under this Purchase Policy, we suggest you use our Ticket Exchange to sell your Tickets as Resale Tickets, subject to availability.

1.8 Nothing in this Purchase Policy or our Ticket Exchange Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights, please contact Citizens Advice.


Ticket Exchange

1.1 findurtix.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates in the United Kingdom.

1.2 We provide an online marketplace where you can purchase Primary Tickets, Resale Tickets, and other items related to events. The term “Primary Ticket(s)” refers to tickets allocated directly to us by Event Partners for resale. The term “Resale Ticket(s)” refers to tickets that have been purchased from us or other suppliers and are being resold by the original buyer. We facilitate the resale of such tickets via our Ticket Exchange.

1.3 The Ticket Exchange allows customers who have purchased Primary Tickets from us to offer the same tickets for resale in a secure and safe environment. The availability of Resale Tickets through the Ticket Exchange does not imply that Primary Tickets are unavailable or that an event is sold out. Resale Tickets may also be available from other sources such as event organisers or primary ticket agents.

1.4 We ensure that Resale Tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange are verified, meaning that the tickets were originally purchased from us as Primary Tickets. This allows us to verify the accuracy of all information provided about the tickets.

1.5 Please note, Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. Additionally, we are not responsible for the organisation or delivery of events themselves.


Your Account and Registration

2.1 To create a findurtix.com account, you must:

  • (a) Be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
  • (b) Follow the instructions to create a password-protected account and provide accurate personal details including your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. You must ensure that your details are kept up to date at all times.

2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password and for all activities that occur on your account. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your consent, please contact us immediately.

2.3 If you are making purchases or sales on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company or legal entity. References to "you" in this Ticket Exchange Policy apply to the company or legal entity.


General Terms and Conditions

Payment

Invoices are due for payment at the time of booking via one of our accepted payment methods. Finance packages, if offered, are arranged under the supplier’s terms and conditions, and findurtix.com holds no responsibility for any issues related to finance arrangements. Group Enquiries & Bespoke Arrangements

Our online booking system is designed for standard individual bookings for sports and leisure packages. For group enquiries or bespoke arrangements, please email:

  • English Football Enquiries: support@findurtix.com
  • European Football Enquiries: support@findurtix.com


Specific Terms and Conditions

English Football

  • A confirmed booking is non-refundable, regardless of the traveller's personal circumstances.
  • If a weekend match changes from Saturday to Sunday (or vice versa), refunds are not possible. If an alternative match is required, we will make every effort to accommodate this request.
  • If a match changes to a midweek date for reasons such as TV broadcasts or cup schedules, the following options are available:
    1. Amend travel plans to cover the new fixture date. We will try to keep the same hotel and maintain the package price.
    2. Keep original travel plans and choose an alternative match ticket (subject to availability). Additional costs or partial refunds will be clarified.
    3. Full refund of the package price (subject to an administration charge of £40.00 per package).

  • Flights are non-refundable under all circumstances, although changes may incur additional charges in line with airline terms.


Match Postponement

If a match is postponed due to reasons outside the control of the football club (e.g., poor weather, industrial action), your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If necessary, alternative match options may be offered.


Hotel Accommodation

findurtix.com reserves the right to change hotel accommodation included in a confirmed package. Accommodation will be of the same standard, with no additional charges. You will be notified of any changes with a reasonable amount of time, and tickets will be delivered to the new hotel.


Bookings of 10 Pax or More

findurtix.com reserves the right to cancel multiple orders that are deemed group bookings. Group bookings (10+ people) must be requested by emailing sales@findurtix.com.


Spanish and French Football Terms and Conditions

Bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances. If a match date is changed within a specified time frame (e.g., from a Sunday to a Friday or Monday), there will be no refunds. It is your responsibility to check match times and dates on the official league websites. If a match is cancelled or played behind closed doors, a full refund for the ticket package will be provided.

COVID-19 Note for French Football: If matches are cancelled, played behind closed doors, or if entry to the country is restricted due to health conditions, you will receive a full refund.


Third-Party Agents

  1. findurtix.com may supply third-party reselling agents where appropriate. Agents must not disclose findurtix.com's details to customers or clients under any circumstances.
  2. findurtix.com has the right to charge third-party agents for the time spent sourcing, allocating, and distributing tickets, especially for out-of-hours services.
  3. findurtix.com assumes no responsibility for the loss or non-delivery of tickets, hotels, or property sourced from suppliers.

Third-party agents are typically charged a 25-30% commission, depending on the event, and sometimes more.


Account Termination for Disreputable Conduct

The Client acknowledges that any actions or behaviours that damage the reputation of findurtix.com or its affiliates will result in the immediate termination of services, without refund. Such actions include:

  • Damage to reputation, illegal activities, acts of violence, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or non-compliance with company policies.

We reserve the right to seek legal action and damages if necessary.
