PURCHASE POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 TTE (“findurtix.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15173226, with registered offices at PR2 5HU.
1.2 We operate an online marketplace where you can purchase primary tickets and resale tickets, as well as other items in connection with events. The term “Ticket(s)” means primary event tickets (i.e. tickets allocated to us directly by Event Partners (as defined below) for sale by us). The term “Resale Ticket(s)”, on the other hand, means tickets that have been purchased from us or event organisers and are being sold on by the original buyer (i.e. they are not sold by us, we simply facilitate the sale via our fan-to-fan ticket exchange service (the “Ticket Exchange”)).
1.3 This “Purchase Policy” sets out the terms and conditions applicable to purchases of Tickets from us. If you are purchasing or wish to purchase Accessible Tickets, please find further information (and please note that further terms may apply to Accessible Tickets in addition to this Purchase Policy). If you are making a purchase online, this Purchase Policy also incorporates our website.
1.4 We sell Tickets and associated products and services on behalf of event organisers, promoters, venues, producers, artists/performers, agents, teams, record labels and other persons involved in the organisation of events (“Event Partner(s)”). Please note that we are not responsible for organising or delivering the events themselves.
1.5 We sell Tickets as and when they are allocated to us by Event Partners, and in accordance with their instructions. The number and type of Tickets allocated for sale by us vary on an event by event basis.
1.6For some events, we may sell different types of Tickets, items and packages, including:
(a) “Platinum Tickets”: these are in-demand Tickets that are offered for sale at market-driven prices, which may be higher than the price stated on the Ticket. Platinum Tickets are sold on a ticket-only basis and do not include any additional products or services. Please see clause 5 below for further information on Platinum Tickets.
(b) “Upsells”: these are products or services that are offered for sale in addition to Tickets at a separate, additional price, such as car parking or merchandise. Please see clause 13 below for further information on your rights in relation to Upsell purchases (which differ from your rights in relation to Ticket purchases).
(c) “Collector Tickets”: these are a special type of Upsell where, for a separate, additional per-Ticket charge, your Tickets are printed and dispatched as souvenir/commemorative items.
(d) “Packages”: these are packages that are offered for sale at an inclusive price, which include a Ticket and one or more additional products or services, such as exclusive seating arrangements, accommodation, transport, dining or merchandise.
1.7 Please note, Items cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, this is findurtix.com Purchase Policy. If you no longer want your Tickets and are not eligible for an exchange or refund under this Purchase Policy, we suggest that, if available, you use our Ticket Exchange to sell your Tickets as Resale Tickets.
1.8 Nothing in this Purchase Policy or our Ticket Exchange Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights, please contact Citizens Advice.
TICKET EXCHANGE

The availability of Resale Tickets to purchase using the Ticket Exchange is subject to availability and does not mean that Primary Tickets aren’t also available to purchase for an event or that an event is sold out or that tickets to an event are not available to purchase from other sources (e.g. the event organiser, the event venue or other primary ticket agents).
1.4 The Ticket Exchange further provides a safe place for customers to purchase Resale Tickets at a fair price, as we impose a cap on the amount sellers can list their Resale Tickets for sale. Additionally, all Resale Tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange are “verified”, which means that any Resale Tickets were first purchased from us as Primary Tickets, so we can verify that all the information within the ticket description is present and correct.
1.5 Please note, Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please also note that we are not responsible for organising or delivering events themselves.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
2.1 In order to set up a TTE account you must:
(a) be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts; and
(b) follow the instructions to set up a password-protected account providing your correct full name, postal address, telephone number and email address (all your details must be kept up to date at all times).
2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your user name and password and for all activity that occurs on your account. You shall not permit anyone other than you to use your account. If you become aware or suspect that anyone knows your user name and/or password, you should promptly contact us.
2.3 If you are making purchases or sales on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity (and this Ticket Exchange Policy and references to “you” refer and apply to that company or other legal entity).

A confirmed booking is NON-REFUNDABLE whatever the personal circumstances of the traveller maybe. Do NOTconfirm if you are unsure of your clients intention to travel.If a weekend match date changes from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, refunds are NOT possible. However if an alternative match is required we will do our best to accommodate and deal with each case individually.
If a weekend match changes to a midweek date for football reasons only such as but not limited to TV broadcast picks, domestic & European cup schedules the following options are available to travel agency/end consumer :
1/ Amend travel plans to cover the new fixture date. TTE co will endeavour to use the same hotel and maintain package price.
2/ Keep original travel plans and choose alternative Premiership or Championship match ticket, subject to availability. Any additional costs or partial refunds will be made clear at the time.
3/ Full refund of package price (subject to an administration charge of £40.00 per package regardless of package cost).4/ Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or amended, on some occasions flights maybe changed at a cost to the customer in line with the Airlines T/Cs.MATCH POSTPONEMENT
If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, force mayor or any other reason not within the control of the football club or TV companies, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Depending on availability alternative match may be offered. * Group bookings – Terms and conditions will be agreed at the time of booking.BEHIND CLOSED DOORSAny match played behind closed doors for any reason to result in refund for the ticket package only. No refunds for consequential losses due to travel arrangements.MATCH DATE CONFIRMATION

TTE to provide e/tickets to travel agency 72 hours prior to kick off for onward sending to the consumer by travel agency. E/tickets can be printed at home, or shown from cell phone at stadium to gain entry.HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
TTE co Travel reserves the right to change the hotel accommodation contained within a confirmed package. Accommodation will be of the same standard. No extra costs. A reasonable amount of notice will be given to the travel agency. Tickets will be delivered to the new hotel.BOOKINGS OF 10 PAX OR MORE
TTE co Travel reserves the right to cancel multiple orders that are deemed to be group bookings. Any guests seen to be openly supporting the opposition are liable to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium without compensation. PURCHASE POLICY- 3rd party Agents.
TTE will supply 3rd party reselling agents where deemed fit. 3rd party agents must not disclose TTE details to their customers or clients, under any circumstances.
a. TTE has the right to charge 3rd party agents for time spent on sourcing, allocating and distribution of tickets. b. TTE has the right to charge for out of hours, unsociable hours or re allocation of tickets during out of usual office opening hours.
TTE takes no responsibility for loss or none delivery of tickets, hotels or property sourced from its suppliers.
3rd Party agents are charged within a 25/30% commission bracket depending on event, and sometimes higher.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
2.1 In order to set up a TTE Tickets account you must:
(a) be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts; and

Company Disrepute ClauseThe Client agrees and acknowledges that any actions, behaviors, or conduct that bring the Company, its employees, contractors, or representatives into disrepute will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may lead to further legal action. Such actions include, but are not limited to:1. **Damage to Reputation:** Any attempt, whether directly or indirectly, to damage, defame, or harm the reputation of the Company, its employees, contractors, or representatives, including through false statements, misleading information, or negative public commentary.2. **Illegal Activities:** Engaging in, promoting, or being associated with illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, possession, trafficking, or supply, within the context of the Company’s events, services, or premises.3. **Acts of Violence:** Any act or threat of violence, whether physical, verbal, or psychological, against event staff, employees, contractors, customers, or other participants associated with the Company’s operations or events.4. **Harassment and Discrimination:** Engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying against employees, contractors, clients, or participants based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.5. **Breach of Confidentiality:** Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information pertaining to the Company, its operations, employees, or clients, which may result in reputational harm or legal consequences.6. **Public Misconduct:** Any public behavior, including social media activity, that reflects poorly on the Company or is likely to harm its public image, including association with hate speech, extremist groups, or other disreputable entities.7. **Fraud and Deception:** Any act of fraud, deception, or dishonesty in dealings with the Company, its employees, contractors, or clients, including but not limited to falsifying information, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.8. **Non-Compliance with Company Policies:** Failure to adhere to the Company’s established policies, rules, and regulations, which are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants.The Company reserves the right to take any necessary actions, including immediate termination of the contract, legal proceedings, or seeking damages, in response to any breaches of this disrepute clause.
